May 29 – June 1 | South Tyrol In the heart of the South Tyrolean mountains, experience an exclusive retreat designed to restore balance, lightness, and wellbeing. Armonia Sospesa combines the experience of Aerial Yoga with an immersive journey into nature through wild herbs. You will learn how to recognize, gather, and explore their properties and traditional uses. The experience concludes with a final cooking class, where you will share the authentic flavors of nature together with Geli, our guide.

Each retreat is limited to a maximum of 10 participants
We have chosen to welcome only ten participants because we believe in the importance of creating an intimate and peaceful atmosphere where everyone can feel truly seen and heard.
Guided with care and expertise
The retreat will be led by Teresa D’Ascenzo, a certified yoga teacher and experienced forest bathing guide, who will accompany each participant with sensitivity and attention, offering a personalized journey to rediscover balance and harmony.

FRIDAY
4:00–6:30 pm – Arrival and check-in in the apartments
6:30–7:00 pm – Welcome circle
7:00–8:30 pm – Aerial Yoga session
SATURDAY
8:00–11:00 am – Aerial Yoga session
2:00–7:00 pm – Sensory walk in nature
9:00–11:00 pm – Walk under the stars
SUNDAY
8:00–11:00 am – Aerial Yoga session
From 2:00 pm onwards – Nature & flavors experience: we gather and identify wild herbs, discover their properties, and transform them together in a convivial cooking class with Geli
MONDAY
8:00 am–1:00 pm – Aerial Yoga session
Followed by: Wild aperitif, closing circle, farewells and hugs
