June 5–7 | South Tyrol An exclusive mountain retreat designed to restore balance, lightness, and wellbeing. Armonia Sospesa brings together Aerial Yoga and Mycology in an immersive experience connecting body and nature. We will explore the fascinating world of mushrooms—their characteristics and the invisible connections that link them to the environment—learning how to recognize and understand them together with Andrea, our expert.

The retreat will be led by Teresa D’Ascenzo, a certified yoga teacher and experienced forest bathing guide, who will accompany each participant with sensitivity and attention, offering a personalized journey to rediscover balance and harmony.

A small, intimate group experience Each retreat is limited to a maximum of 10 participants.
We intentionally keep the group small to create a welcoming and personal atmosphere, where everyone feels seen, heard, and supported. Guided by expertise and care

Program

FRIDAY

4:00–6:30 pm – Arrival and check-in in the apartments
6:30–7:00 pm – Welcome circle
7:00–8:30 pm – Aerial Yoga session

SATURDAY

8:00–11:00 am – Aerial Yoga session
2:00–7:00 pm – Sensory walk in nature
9:00–11:00 pm – Walk under the stars

SUNDAY

8:00 am–1:00 pm – Mycology excursion with Andrea
Followed by: Wild aperitif, closing circle, farewells and hugs

Participation Fee

€340.00 in shared apartment
€370.00 in single-use apartment
