Aerial Yoga & Forest Bathing Retreat

From May 30 to June 1 and from June 6 to 8, in the heart of the South Tyrolean mountains, a small group of participants will have the opportunity to experience an exclusive retreat designed to free the mind, lighten the body, and restore inner balance. Suspended Harmony is an immersive experience that combines Aerial Yoga and Forest Bathing, two ancient practices that help slow down, release stress, and reconnect with nature and oneself. In the regenerating silence of the woods, through deep breathing and fluid movement, you will rediscover a sense of lightness and profound well-being that will stay with you even after your return.

We have chosen to welcome only ten participants because we believe in the importance of creating an intimate and serene atmosphere where everyone feels heard and embraced.

The retreat will be led by Teresa D’Ascenzo (https://www.teresadascenzo.it/chi-sono/), a certified yoga instructor and experienced forest bathing guide, who will support each participant with care and attention, offering a personalized journey to restore balance and harmony.

Retreat Program

FRIDAY

16:00-18:30 – Arrival and room allocation
18:30-19:30 – Welcome circle
19:30-21:00 – Free time
21:00-22:30 – Aerial Yoga practice

SATURDAY

08:00-11:00 – Aerial Yoga practice
11:00-14:00 – Free time
14:00-19:00 – Forest Bathing
19:00-21:00 – Free time
21:00-23:00 – Stargazing walk

SUNDAY

08:00-11:00 – Aerial Yoga practice
11:00-14:00 – Free time
15:00-16:00 – Closing circle, farewells, and hugs

Participation Fee

€ 385.00 per person– In a shared apartment (up to 4 people)

€ 425.00 per person – In a private apartment
